Renovation of metal roof - Černilov, Hradec Králové
We are presenting the renovation of the tin roof, which we carried out in the summer months of 2017 not far from Hradec Kralove. The old coating of the roofing had far outlived its useful life and corrosion had begun to appear in some areas. We chose the paint colour in view of the fact that the owner of the building had purchased Satjam roofing in the same colour, which was to come on a covered car parking space.
Renovation of tile roof - Lázně Bělohrad
In the case of this implementation, we carried out a complete renovation of the tiled roof. The base was a heavily soiled Alpine Bramac tile, which has a rough finish to keep the snow off it. At the same time, the mosses are doing well in her case, as you can see in the photos below. In the first phase, we thoroughly cleaned the roof of dirt and vegetation, replaced the insulation around the chimneys, damaged tiles and sprayed the roof with paint with a fungicide to prevent the regrowth of mosses and lichens. The spraying was done in two layers. Unfortunately we do not have documented paint spraying, but we will try to provide you with photos if you are interested.
Renovation of eternit roofs - Breclav district
Renovation of an eternit roof from the summer of 2017 in the district of Breclav. The original roofing was moderately dirty and overgrown with vegetation, but the individual templates were mechanically in excellent condition. The roof was in ideal condition for the renovation and painting. After cleaning with a high-pressure washer, we also sanded down corroded parts of the plumbing elements such as the dormers and applied primer to the areas. The roofing was then primed and sprayed with paint in two coats.
Tile roof cleaning - Hradec Králové
